While we don’t proudce our own Nitinol, we collaborate with several trusted nitinol suppliers. These established partnerships enable us to source the highest quality materials tailored to your project needs. Nitinol ingots are extremely difficult and require extensive capital equipment to produce. Main sources of nitinol come from Germany, Japan, China, and more recently U.S.

While we do have a nominal minimum charge for projects, there are no minimum order requirements.

Yes, we have experience working with a variety of alloys in addition to nitinol, mainly forming and finishing.

We do not perform laser cutting in-house. However, we have strong partnerships with several laser cutting specialists and collaborate with them to ensure the best solutions for your specific needs. This allows us extreme flexibility to connect with purpose-built laser processing to address all of our requirements.
